About RALPH

RALPH is the flight operations platform for operators of every size, from flying clubs and schools to helicopter, charter and multi-base operators. Every aircraft, booking, lesson and flight shares one live record; Ralph, an AI agent, does the busywork across all of it; and invoices go to your billing and accounting tools, such as Xero.

Ralph, the agent

Ralph is a long-haired dachshund, and he is the agent, not the logo. He is the AI that does the busywork: he moves bookings, checks them against your rules, and says what he did, then why. When Ralph acts, his avatar marks it, in the command bar, the activity log and your notifications, so you can always tell his work from a person’s.

The logo is something else: a heading bug beside the word RALPH. A heading bug is the marker a pilot sets on the compass card to say “this way”. Ralph is the only character in the system and the only thing that wears tan, and he is always shown upright.

What RALPH stands for

Really Autonomous Lightweight Planning Helper. RALPH, in capitals, is the platform; Ralph is the agent who runs it with you.
