Sub-processors

RALPH uses three sub-processors for customer data: Fly.io to run it, Neon for its databases, and Google for sign-in. This site's own analytics use PostHog, and only with your consent.

Not sub-processors

  • Your AI assistant. Ralph works through the assistant you connect, such as Claude or ChatGPT, under your own account with its provider. RALPH’s servers call no AI model.
  • Email and payments. RALPH sends no email and takes no payments yet. A provider for either joins this list before it processes any data.

Changes

A new sub-processor joins this page before it processes any customer data.
