The MCP tool list is fresh for an hour. Apps on the 2026-07-28 MCP version are told how long the tool list stays current, so they fetch new tools without a reconnect.

The MCP tool surface is versioned. It starts at 1.0.0 and follows SemVer. New arguments are optional, and a breaking change gets a new tool name.
Availability rules repeat. A rule can repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.

The setup interview is served by the server. Ask your agent to set up your organisation, in any app: it’s the setup_guide tool, and the ralph-org-setup prompt.
list_categories reads back the kinds of flying you sell, with the codes bookings and flights take.

The setup tools correct what they wrote. Update a person, an aircraft, a category, a policy, an availability rule or the organisation itself, through your agent.

Set up an organisation through your agent. Add aircraft, people, categories, availability rules, policies and members. Fields only you can know, such as a registration or a meter reading, are asked for, never guessed.
